What is kept, and what isn’t.

There are no accounts. Your set is reached through a private, signed link that expires after 30 days.

What you write

What you write and your answers to the short questions are held in this browser tab until your set is ready, then cleared. They are sent once, over an encrypted connection, to be turned into your affirmations. TripleR does not save them to its database, files or logs.

What TripleR keeps

Your email address, your 25 affirmations and their PDF, your purchase records, whether you agreed to letters, and, if you buy it, your recording. The database and files are held in the EU (Ireland). Links to your PDF and recording last 30 days.

Who else processes it

A few services do part of the work. Each has its own terms and may keep short-term records under them:

Anthropic’s Claude writes your affirmations from what you wrote. Your words pass through it once.
ElevenLabs records the audio from your 25 lines.
Stripe takes payment. It keeps payment records as the law requires.
Resend delivers the emails and keeps delivery records.
Kit holds Maia’s letters list — only if you ticked the box. TripleR’s own emails come through Resend, not Kit.

Some of these services are based outside the EU, including in the United States.

Your choices

Every email has an Unsubscribe link, which stops TripleR’s letters and removes you from Maia’s list, and a Delete my data link, which removes your email, affirmations, PDF and recording from TripleR and unsubscribes you from Kit; Maia then deletes your Kit record by hand, because Kit only allows that from its own dashboard. Stripe keeps its payment records. You can also write to mferra.studio@gmail.com.

TripleR is for adults, 18 and over. It is a practice, not therapy.
